Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00 pm

Services

1 What type of equipment is included in the kitchen?

At Casa Greta we try to cater all the needs and preferences of our guests, so our kitchen has a wide variety of appliances, cookware and cutlery. The kitchen also has a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, toaster, water purifying jug, etc.

2 Do you have a washing machine?

No, there is no washing machine at Casa Greta. But we can provide you with the number of home delivery washing services at a very affordable rate (and you won’t have to worry about washing yourself and hanging the clothes in the terrace!)

3 When is the swimming pool open?

The residential pool is only open during the summer months, from June 15th to September 15th.

Opening hours are from 11:00 to 20:00 pm.

To access the pool you will be provided with a special key. If the key is lost, you will have to pay 100 €.

4 Is there a parking space?

Yes, there is one parking space assigned to Casa Greta inside the residential complex.

The use of the parking space is free for our guests.

Please note that if you lose the remote key for the parking space, you will have to pay 100 € for its replacement.

5 Where can I hang the laundry?

There is a laundry rack in a cupboard that you can place at the terrace.

Please, do not hang your towels or laundry from the balcony railings.

Terms and conditions

1 Is smoking allowed at Casa Greta?

Smoking is not allowed inside Casa Greta.

2 Do I need to send my IDs prior to arrival?

Spanish law requires all accommodation providers to register their guests’ information and share it with the law enforcement authorities (ref. Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021).

Prior to your arrival, you will be asked to send us that information. Failure to provide this information will jeopardise your booking and access to Casa Greta.

3 Are parties allowed?

Parties are not allowed at Casa Greta.

The apartment is in a residential building, where families live and work, so be respectful with the community.

Do not scream or make loud noises, especially while in the terrace

Do not put loud music at any time of the day
