At Casa Greta we try to cater all the needs and preferences of our guests, so our kitchen has a wide variety of appliances, cookware and cutlery. The kitchen also has a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, toaster, water purifying jug, etc. Please note that we don’t have an oven.
Yes, there is a washing machine in Casa Greta.
The residential pool is only open during the summer months, from June 15th to September 15th.
Opening hours are from 11:00 to 20:00 pm.
To access the pool you will be provided with a special key. If the key is lost, you will have to pay 100 €.
No, there is currently no parking space assigned to Casa Greta inside the residential complex.
However, there is plenty of free parking space in front of the building and in the streets nearby.
There is a laundry rack in a cupboard that you can place at the terrace.
Please, do not hang your towels or laundry from the balcony railings.
Smoking is not allowed inside Casa Greta.
Spanish law requires all accommodation providers to register their guests’ information and share it with the law enforcement authorities (ref. Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021).
Prior to your arrival, you will be asked to send us that information. Failure to provide this information will jeopardise your booking and access to Casa Greta.
Parties are not allowed at Casa Greta.
The apartment is in a residential building, where families live and work, so be respectful with the community.
